Terms of service

Last updated August 23, 2026

Hush is a paid, public mic room run by Cinderway Interactive (“we”, “us”). By using tryhush.lol you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t pay, don’t record, and don’t post a line.

What this is

You can buy seconds on a shared floor: a URL or handle, a short line, and an optional voice clip. Other people in the room can see and hear that. They can heckle or encore. This is entertainment. It is not a ranking, an ad network, an investment, or a promise that anyone will be watching when you walk on.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. Payments go through Stripe. If Stripe won’t charge you, you don’t get the floor.

The floor is public

Anything you put on a turn — link, handle, text, voice — is shown to whoever is in the room, kept in Who spoke, and may be replayed. Don’t put secrets on the mic. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, play, and display that material so the room can function. You still own it.

What’s not allowed

No illegal content. No sexual content involving minors. No doxxing, malware, scams, or impersonation meant to defraud. No content that we reasonably believe will get the room or our processors shut down. We can take down a turn, refuse a payment, or close the room without a debate in the comments.

Money

Prices are as shown: airtime, heckle, encore, cut-in. Charging is handled by Stripe. We do not collect sales tax at checkout; you are paying the sticker price. Payments are for a moment on the floor, not a lasting placement. If the room is empty, you still bought the seconds. Refunds are discretionary — ask via the contact on cinderwayinteractive.com or Stripe’s receipt. Chargebacks may get your future takes blocked.

The crowd

Heckle shortens a turn. Encore lengthens it. Cut-in moves the current speaker to the wings. That is the game. You are not owed an uninterrupted speech.

The service

We run this as-is. Clocks, audio, Stripe, and hosting can fail. We may change prices, rules, or shut the room without notice. We are not liable for lost profits, lost takes, or someone hearing a clip you regret. Our liability for a paid turn is limited to the amount you paid for that turn.

You cover us

If your content or conduct gets us sued or fined, you will cover reasonable costs. That includes what you record.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except for small claims you bring in your own county. If a piece of this is unenforceable, the rest stays.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Using the room after a change means you accept it.

Questions: Cinderway Interactive — cinderwayinteractive.com — and the contact path on that site. This is a working policy for a small paid room, not a substitute for a lawyer if you need one.
